Made to order items are not subject to exchange or return under any circumstances.

Please see our checklist below for returns and exchanges.

- The product is returned to us within 21 days from date of purchase ( Australian orders only )

- The item is unused, unwashed and in original saleable condition with packaging and tags still in tact

1. If this is the case please contact us at and make your request along with your order number.

2. When the request is authorised please send it with a prepaid self addressed satchel for us to send the new item back to you. Once your exchange item is inspected and approved, your exchange application will be processed.

Faulty items will be exchanged for the same or similar product subject to availability.

In the rare event there is something wrong with your purchase contact us immediately so we can fix it for you.

Refunds are processed through the original method of payment. You will be notified as soon as your refund is processed. This is usually done the day your refund is approved.  Please allow 10 days for your payment to appear. 

Any refund or exchange is refused after 21 days including faulty items.

Please note that Alfie + June is not responsible for transit costs and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Please ensure you send the correct size satchel as we can not be held responsible for satchel corrections or rejected parcels from Australia Post. 

If you do not send appropriate packaging we will invoice you for the return shipping cost.

We recommend using prepaid parcels with tracking as we are not responsible for lost and missing items. 

There is no exchange or return on made to order items.
